Refund policy
ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy for merchandise purchased online and that is directly shipped to you. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item request a return. Returns are subject to a $25 Return & Exchange Fee.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a return has been started, the customer has 72hrs to ship out their return. If the return is not shipped out within the allotted time, the refund will be cancelled.
Return labels will be provided by Market Price, this is included in the $25 Return & Exchange Fee.
Refunds
All returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like limited edition, and brand collaboration products and personal care goods (such as beauty products, hats, socks, sunglasses and candles). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (Included in the $25 Return & Exchange Fee), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International Returns or Exchanges
All international orders (Including orders to the United States of America) have a 14-day refund or exchange policy.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return ship labels on all international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
IN-STORE MERCHANDISE AND IN-STORE PICK UP EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases made in-store or picked up in store (including local delivery) have a 14-day exchange or store credit return policy.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was purchased. To complete your exchange or store credit, we require your original receipt.
