Shipping policy
Local Pickup
- In-Store pick-up is available during store hours. An email will be sent to you when the order is ready to be picked-up. If you prefer a curbside pickup, please call or email the store to make arrangements.
Local Delivery
- Local delivery is available for orders with Halifax Reginal Municipality. All local deliveries are performed by Haligone. The price for local delivery varies based on delivery location. Orders placed before 11:59am, are eligible for same day delivery. All orders after 12pm will be delivered the next day. Same day delivery is not available on weekends.
Canada Orders
- All orders placed within Canada will be shipped out within 48hrs (Monday-Friday), unless otherwise stated. Deliveries can vary from 2-10 days depending on delivery location (West Coast orders will take the longest to arrive). Free shipping is available for orders over $250.00.
International Orders (Including USA)
- All orders placed internationally will be shipped out within 48hrs (Monday-Friday), unless otherwise stated. Deliveries can vary from 7-14 days depending on delivery location. All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and custom fees to receive your order. We do not have control over how much you will be charged and we do not accept responsibility for any charges that may be imposed. Any orders that are return to our store due to unpaid duties will have the return shipping charges subtracted from their refund.
